This church on La Gonave was founded in 1969 and became a pillar in the community. Many received an education in the primary school that was started here. The founding pastor passed away recently and Pastor Legrand Remedor was asked to lead the church forward.

The last Sunday of every month a ministry team comprised of Pastor Elucien and several STEP Seminary ministry interns travel to La Gonave. They run a Kid's Club on Saturday, Leadership training for 8-10 church leaders (two participants walk 10 hours to attend), and help lead the Sunday service.
